We met with her pediatrician and everything looks good, the appointment was a little rocky because I didn't have time to feed her prior to it and she was super hungry making her quite cranky. We have another appointment next week and I will be sure to feed her before going. lol
I've been doing good, except for an issue with my jaw :( It locked up the other day to where I can barely open it a fingers width... its really sad and has made eating quite difficult. I'm going to give it until Monday and then I will call a doctor which I still don't know what they will be able to do. My friend stef came by today and brought me some food that I could eat since I cant open my jaw and I cant say how much I appreciate it. Having something other then oatmeal to eat is a nice change.
Jason has been great with olivia, he went back to work on monday but when he comes home he helps with her and gets up with me or really wakes me up in the middle of the night to feed her and he changes her diaper. I feel so lucky that he helps out even after a long day at work and he does it with a smile.
Well I'm sure you want to see pictures so here they are :)

Our family <3

It's amazing having her home with us, she is so precious and it's crazy to think she is all ours. I love her so much, it's so hard to describe the feelings I have for her and how I would do anything for her. I guess that is what its like to be a parent.
I gotta go, and will try to be back on monday :)
have a great weekend!

It was so great to see you, and AMAZING to be able to meet little Olivia. I hope some of that food was able to cure any tummy growling... I noticed that I put a little too much butter in the potatoes, sorry about that :( ...hopefully the rest was tasty though and able to get you through this tough time with your jaw.
ReplyDeleteOh, I was at WalMart today (getting a fishing license), and totally thought of you too! haha.
Also, how was the fair?? Did you end up going? Was thinking of you guys a lot this weekend. Hope you've had a nice couple of days able to all three be home together. ((hugs))
What a wonderful way to welcome sweet Olivia! It was such a privilege to be with you all, and I'm so proud of every one of you! Mary and Jason, you are wonderful parents :( xoxoxoxox Love you always!!!!!
